RGIS recruitment system

A client recruitment operation designed and built for RGIS Netherlands.

The problem

Vacancies, applications, candidate decisions, onboarding and candidate communication needed to work as one operation rather than a collection of disconnected steps.

What we built

A bilingual public recruitment site and internal platform with live vacancy management, structured applications, a candidate pipeline, staff tools, secure onboarding, WhatsApp support and a production backend.

Content and publishing

An independent product conceived, built and launched by the studio.

The problem

Service businesses go quiet between jobs. The feed is the first thing that slips, and the site then has nothing to send people toward.

What we built

A system that drafts Reels, posts and carousels and publishes them to the channels the business already uses.

  • The studio or the business sets the voice, the offer and the platforms.
  • The system drafts the piece — still, carousel or short video.
  • Publishing goes out through authorised Meta, TikTok and YouTube connections when those channels are in use.

Virtual try-on

An independent product conceived, built and launched by the studio.

The problem

Fashion and beauty ask people to imagine the thing on themselves. Most will not.

What we built

A try-on product for the phone, so the customer can see the piece before they ask to buy.

  • The merchant adds the garments or looks they want people to try.
  • A visitor opens the try-on from the phone.
  • They see the piece on themselves, then continue toward a question or a purchase.

05 · Live.

A system for psychologists

An independent product conceived, built and launched by the studio.

The problem

A practice needed something that actually ran the work — not a brochure and not a pile of disconnected tools.

What we built

A complete system for that profession, from the daily workflow out.

  • The practice works inside one system rather than a stack of tabs.
  • Session and practice flow sit in the same place as the rest of the work.

06 · Live, as a supporting system

VixPDF

An independent supporting tool, designed and launched by the studio.

The problem

Most online PDF editors ask the file to leave the machine. That is a bigger system than the job needs.

What we built

VixPDF is a local editor at vixpdf.com. We designed and shipped it. The file opens in the browser and is not uploaded. It is proof we build supporting systems — not a Vix House package, and not what a client is buying.

  • One job: edit, organize or compare a PDF without sending it to a server.
  • Beside it sit a lead-discovery tool and the Meta, TikTok and YouTube integrations a later client build sometimes needs.
  • None of these tools is the studio offer. They exist so a later build can move faster when they fit.

Bring the process that needs to work better
