The site

Vix House offers a landing-page subscription and custom projects. The contact form is an enquiry; the engagement and scope are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Landing-page subscription

The subscription costs £99 per month and includes one custom front page, mobile adaptation, a contact form or WhatsApp link, hosting, SSL, technical maintenance and basic technical SEO. There is no upfront creation fee or minimum term.

The first payment is due 30 days after publication, followed by monthly payments while the subscription is active. The publication date and payment schedule are confirmed in writing.

You can cancel at any time by emailing info@vixhouse.com, with no early cancellation penalty. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Hosting and maintenance end with the current service period; cancellation before the first payment ends the subscription after the initial 30 days without that charge.

Your domain stays in your name, with registration and renewal your responsibility. The subscription does not promise permanent hosting or a code handover after cancellation. Any transfer or migration arrangement is agreed in writing before engagement.

Additional pages, content or design changes, integrations, systems, automations and ongoing SEO require a separate consultation and quote, approved before delivery. Search setup does not guarantee indexing, rankings or business results.

A diagnosis request

Sending the form is a request for us to understand a business problem or system you may need. It is not a booking, a contract, or a promise that we will take the work. We may decline, or say that nothing useful should be built.

The work shown

Systems listed under Work are independent products conceived, built and launched by the studio. They are evidence of delivery. They are not automatically included in an engagement, and they are not offered for sale on this site.

No invented proof

We do not publish invented clients, testimonials or performance numbers. If a result is not on the page, we are not claiming it.

Liability

This website is provided as it stands. We take care with the words and the systems we point to. We are not liable for decisions made solely from reading these pages. Any later engagement will have its own written scope.

Law

Vix House is the client-facing studio related to VixAI Ltd, United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any rights you have in your own country.
