Who we are

Vix House is the client-facing studio related to VixAI Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. This site is vixhouse.com. Enquiries go to info@vixhouse.com.

What we collect

If you send a diagnosis request, we collect the name, email and any business details you choose to write — website, type of business, how clients reach you, where the path breaks, what happens after contact, and optional notes.

The server also stores a time, the language of the page, and a hashed form of the network address, used only to limit abuse.

We do not ask for payment details on this site. We do not run advertising pixels on these pages.

Why we use it

We use this information only to understand your current client journey and respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not sell the note.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry long enough to reply and, if work follows, to run the engagement. If nothing follows, we do not keep it longer than we need for that reply and for basic security.

Who sees it

The studio reads the request. Hosting for this site sits on infrastructure we operate. We do not pass the form to an advertising network.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@vixhouse.com. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may also contact your local data authority.
